Discord: alerts and support

Your server has its own private channel in the NoggenFogger Discord server. Only you and NoggenFogger support can see it. Other clients can't see your channel, and you can't see theirs.

What arrives in your channel

Choose exactly which of these you get, for all your accounts or one at a time, on the Notifications page.

Your Steam logins and passwords are never posted there.

Connect Discord

  1. In your dashboard menu, open Discord.
  2. Press Connect Discord. A Discord page opens.
  3. Sign in to Discord (or make a free account), and press Authorize.
  4. You land in the NoggenFogger server. Your channel is under CLIENT SERVERS, named after your server (for example #ph2).

Anyone who should see the alerts (a partner, a second account of yours) can connect the same way, from your dashboard.

The link from the button works for 15 minutes. If it says it expired, press Connect Discord again.

Open a support ticket

  1. In your channel, press Open ticket (it's pinned at the top).
  2. Tell us what's going on and press Submit.
  3. A private thread opens: only you and NoggenFogger support can see it. We answer there.

When you're all set, press Close ticket in the thread. You can open a new one any time.

Notifications

The server only notifies you when you're mentioned (sign-in alerts mention you). To get a notification for every message in your channel, right-click your channel in Discord, choose Notification Settings, and pick All Messages.
