NoggenFogger Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 2026

This policy explains what personal information NoggenFogger collects, why, where it's kept, and your rights. NoggenFogger is run by Epoch Digital Media LLC, 1755 E Plumb Ln Ste 102, Reno, Nevada 89502, USA ("we", "us").

1. What we collect

When you sign up and pay - Your name, email address, phone number, billing address and country. - Payment details: we take payments through Stripe. Stripe collects your card or payment details and shares with us the payment method type, card brand, last four digits, expiry date and billing country, plus information Stripe uses to prevent fraud (such as the IP address and device you paid from). We never see or store your full card number. - If we add other payment methods (for example other international payment services or cryptocurrency), we'll update this policy first.

On your server, to run your Steam accounts - Steam sign-in details: the account name, and the password only if you choose to save it. A saved password is encrypted on your server. You can sign in with a QR code instead and never give us a password. - Steam session: after you sign in, Steam gives your server a session so it stays signed in. It is stored encrypted on your server. - Account activity: your accounts' game libraries, playtime, Steam level, badges, trading card counts, free games claimed, free items received, profile settings, and community groups joined. - Your settings: schedules, game choices and other choices you make in your dashboard.

What we don't collect - We don't save your account's email address. The Service reads it from Steam only to make sure your public profile name doesn't reveal your login or email, and keeps nothing. - We don't collect your Steam Guard codes; they're used once to sign in and not stored. - We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Technical information - Server logs record what the Service does on your accounts (for example "claimed a free game"), for troubleshooting. They may include account names. - Our systems may briefly log IP addresses for security. Your dashboard doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. It stores a few settings in your own browser, including your dashboard sign-in so you don't have to type it every time (sign out to remove it).
