NoggenFogger Terms of Service
Effective date: October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Epoch Digital Media LLC, doing business as NoggenFogger ("NoggenFogger", "we", "us"), 1755 E Plumb Ln Ste 102, Reno, Nevada 89502, USA. By signing up for or using NoggenFogger, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. What NoggenFogger is
NoggenFogger runs your Steam accounts for you on a private server: it plays games to build playtime, claims free games and free weekends, collects Steam's daily free items, sets up your profile, and joins community groups, as you set it up in your dashboard (the "Service").
2. Who can use it
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
- You must own each Steam account you add, or have the owner's permission to manage it. You may not add an account that was stolen, hacked, or that you are not allowed to use.
- You are responsible for following Steam's own rules (the Steam Subscriber Agreement) for your accounts.
3. Not affiliated with Valve or Steam
NoggenFogger is an independent service. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Valve Corporation. Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks of Valve Corporation. Game names belong to their owners.
4. Important risks you accept
Automated play is how the Service works. You understand and accept that:
- Valve controls Steam. Valve can change Steam, its rules, or how it treats automated play at any time. We can't promise Valve will never limit, restrict or take action on an account that uses automation. You use the Service at your own risk.
- Results aren't guaranteed. Playtime, Steam levels, card drops, free games, free weekends and free items all depend on Steam. For example, Steam gives no card drops to "limited" accounts (accounts that have never spent $5), free weekends come and go, and Steam limits how fast free games can be requested.
- Steam outages happen. When Steam is down or under maintenance, your accounts can't play.
- Only one place can play at a time. If you or anyone else plays on the account, the Service pauses until they stop.
5. Your account and sign-in
- You can sign in with a QR code, by approving in the Steam app, or with your password and a code. If you save a password, it is stored encrypted on your own server.
- Keep your dashboard password private. Anyone with it can control your accounts on the Service.
- You authorize the Service to sign in to the Steam accounts you add and to act on them as described in section 1 and as you configure it.
- The Service never trades, sells, gifts or moves items off your accounts on its own. Some advanced settings in your dashboard can do this if you turn them on; they're marked in red and explained in the help section. Changing them is your responsibility.
6. Your server
- You get a dedicated server for your accounts. It is not shared with other customers.
- We manage the server: we keep it running, monitor it, and install updates.
- Updates. New versions appear in your dashboard and you choose when to install them. Required updates (for example security fixes) must be installed within one week; if you don't pick a time, they install at the deadline. Installing an update takes your bots offline for a minute or two.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service on accounts you don't own or aren't allowed to manage;
- use it for cheating in games, harassment, spam, fraud, or anything illegal;
- try to break into, overload, copy or resell the Service or its servers;
- share your dashboard with others to run their accounts as a service.
We may suspend or end your Service if you break these terms.
8. Fees and payment
- Price: a monthly price per server, shown before you pay. It depends on where your server is (for example, $20 USD a month for a server in the Philippines). Servers in other countries can cost more.
- Payment: you pay through Stripe, in US dollars, at the start of each month of service.
- Renewal: your plan renews every month until you cancel.
- Refunds: payments aren't refunded for part of a month. When you cancel, the Service keeps running until the end of the month you've paid for.
- Price changes: we'll tell you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect.
- Steam purchases and wallet funds are between you and Valve. We don't hold or spend your Steam wallet; any game purchase on your account is your decision.
9. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time with the Cancel button on your dashboard's Account page, or by emailing admin@noggenfogger.com. When the Service ends:
- your accounts keep everything they earned (playtime, games claimed, items, profile);
- the server stops signing in to your accounts;
- we delete your server and its data within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Open-source software
The Service includes open-source software, used under its own licenses (for example the Apache License 2.0). Those licenses are linked at the bottom of every dashboard page and apply to that software.
11. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular result on Steam.
12. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any action Valve takes on your accounts. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived where you live.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll show the new date at the top and tell you in your dashboard or by email before important changes take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
