Updates

When there's a new version of NoggenFogger, a banner appears at the top of your dashboard with what's new.

You choose when

• Update now installs it right away.
• Pick a time lets you choose when it installs. Click Save time. You can Change time or Cancel later.

Updating restarts the server, so ALL bots go offline for a minute or two. Pick a time when that suits you.

Required updates

Some updates are required (for example security fixes, or a new version of the engine the bots run on). The banner shows the deadline: you have one week. Pick any time before it. If no time is picked by then, it installs itself at the deadline.

If an update doesn't finish

Every update is checked after it installs. If something isn't right, the previous version is put back automatically and the banner tells you. It won't try that version again by itself, and we're told straight away.
